Reflexology & Indian Head Massage

• Avoid if you have: 
  • Recent fractures, sprains, or injuries to feet, legs, head, or neck
  • Severe circulatory issues (e.g., deep vein thrombosis)
  • Infectious skin conditions or open wounds
  • Pregnancy complications (consult your physician first)

Red Light Therapy

• Not recommended for: 
  • Pregnancy (unless cleared by a physician)
  • Active cancer or history of skin cancer
  • Photosensitivity disorders or medications causing light sensitivity
  • Open wounds or active infections

General Safety

• If you experience discomfort, dizziness, or pain during any service, inform your practitioner immediately.
• Always follow aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner.

Advanced Nursing Foot Care services at Sõltree Wellness are provided by a qualified, trained, and licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) operating within their scope of nursing practice. These services include medical foot care for individuals with conditions such as diabetes, neuropathy, circulatory issues, or anyone requiring professional foot care.

While these treatments are performed according to nursing standards, they are not a substitute for ongoing medical care. Clients are encouraged to maintain regular follow-up with their physician or healthcare team for comprehensive management of chronic conditions.

Foot care may be delayed or modified if you have:

• Active infections (fungal, bacterial, or viral)
• Open wounds or ulcers without prior medical clearance
• Uncontrolled diabetes or severe vascular disease
• Recent foot surgery or fractures
• Severe swelling or suspected deep vein thrombosis 
• Receiving chemotherapy or radiation
• Allergies to products used during treatment

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that:
