Return and Refund Policy

Soltree Wellness offers a 15 day return policy for defective compression stockings or diabetes comfort socks. Your receipt must accompany the item being returned. You may request an exchange of item at time of return. Socks that have been worn can not be returned due to Infection and prevention policy.

For all other products, Soltree Wellness offers a 15 day return policy for defective, and unused product. The original receipt must accompany the product you are returning. You may request an exchange for the product at time of return.
